• Note: All Readings are pre recorded videos. The only exceptions are 1 Question which is email/text answered or the 24 hour emergency reading which have the option of being done through Prerecorded Video, Telephone or Facetime ( iPhone Users). No exceptions

• Video readings are delivered within 3-5 business days after being booked. Please understand all readings are energy exchanges and I also tend to several customers.

• All readings will be delivered in order of purchase except for the 24-hour emergency reading.

• No refunds on any spiritual service. The only exception is if the 24-hour emergency reading is not delivered in the allotted timeframe.
