• All sales are final. No exchanges are to be made once item is purchased. No exceptions

• Roots of Life blend all natural herbal remedies. Roots of life is not FDA approve. I am not a physician, please consult with your doctor first.

• The Eye C do not repair any jewelry after 7 days of purchase. If there is wear and tear on the purchased item than a repair fee will be charged.

• Customs are available. A custom price chart will be available soon.

• Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your item. If there is an issue with a lost item, please contact the postal carrier.

 

Tarot/Oracle Readings:

• All Clients must be 18 years of age to participate any spiritual service on this website. Please note that all reading is for entertainment purposes only. No service or item sold is to replace healthcare treatments. Health, Pregnancy and Dark Energy are topics that I do not answer questions for.

• Note: All Readings are pre recorded videos. The only exception is the 24 hour emergency reading which have the option of being done through Prerecorded Video, Telephone or Facetime ( iPhone Users). No exceptions

• Video readings are delivered within 3-5 business days after being booked. Please understand all readings are energy exchanges and I also tend to several customers.

• All readings will be delivered in order of purchase except for the 24-hour emergency reading.

• No refunds on any spiritual service. The only exception is if the 24-hour emergency reading is not delivered in the allotted timeframe.

• None of the services on this website is free. You can follow my YouTube Channel “TheEyeC” for free weekly readings.

• As the Owner, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I also reserve the right to make changes at anytime to fit the needs of business.

Spiritual Courses and Sessions:

• No refunds once a course is purchase. Please ask questions before making your purchase.

• Once the service is book, it is expected to meet the terms of the agreement with the client and myself. If the client is unable to meet on the day of service, a 24-hour notice must be sent to reschedule. There will be only 1 reschedule allowed. I the client do not give notice or reschedule there booking will be forfeited without a refund.
