5.) How does the 8-week program work?

The Sovereign Awakening course is an 8-week course. Each week there will be a 1-hour live session. Each week we will explore a theme topic to help you get one step closer to your truest self. You will have a workbook to go along with the course. This will help you keep notes and stay connected. You will also have access to the community group Whats app to help you work with other participants and build a relationship with peers.

6.) How much time should I set aside each week?

Realistically I would set about 7-14 hours a week outside of the weekly 1-hour session. This gives you about 1-2 hours a day for you to connect with you. Remember this is an intentional space for you rather than adding it to your to-do list. The value of the journey comes from actually engaging with the material and giving yourself room to reflect and integrate.

7.) What if I miss a week or need more time?

This journey is designed to unfold over eight weeks. You will have access to look at past week's live videos; you will also have access to the chat for any questions you may have. Remember this is a spiritual transformation journey. You have the information and resources at your fingertips during the 8-week course.

8.) Is Sovereign Awakening therapy or medical treatment?

No. Sovereign Awakening is a spiritual and educational experience. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or a substitute for professional care.
